Online
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and checks/money orders, made payable to “Sweet Tarragon”, at this time. Special note to customers paying by check: if your check does not clear, our bank will electronically pursue reimbursement for the face amount of the check, plus fees (if allowed in your state).

At craft shows, festivals, and in-home demos
Personal checks are gladly accepted with I.D. Reimbursement for returned checks will be electronically pursued for the face amount of the check, plus fees (if allowed in your state). Returned checks may be subject to a $30 fee. Visa and Mastercard accepted; PayPal payments available through our online store only. We are unable to accept ATM payments (purchases requiring a PIN) at this time. 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping
Most purchases will ship USPS, but from time to time we also use FedEx and UPS. If you have a preferred carrier, please let us know in the notes field at checkout.

International Shipping (yes, we do!)
We are happy to ship internationally to darn near anywhere. International rates vary greatly, however, and we don’t want to burn you with an overestimate. If you are an international buyer, please contact us with the item(s) you are interested in and your address. We will respond with the exact amount it will cost us to ship to you and post a custom listing just for you.

Lost/Damaged Packages
We cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in shipping. If you would like insurance on the package, please let us know, and we will send you a custom invoice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and at any time, please contact us for return information. You will be issued a full refund, minus shipping, when we receive the returned item.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged during the course of your daily life, please contact us to arrange for repair at little or no charge to you. What does that mean? Well, any manufacturing defects that may arise are covered at no charge. If your toddler yanks the pendant of your necklace and snaps the wire, or your puppy chews the heck out of your beads, repairs up to $5 in materials are free. If the repairs require more than $5 in materials, we will contact you to discuss your options. Shipping is free both ways for defective items.

Custom Orders and Alterations

Custom orders are welcomed and encouraged. We will work with your vision to create the piece you’re dreaming of, provide design consultation and recommendations for materials, cost, etc. if needed, and provide the opportunity to make changes to your design as it comes together. Most stock items can be lengthened or shortened at no additional cost, and many can be custom-made in a different color or metal. You can also visit our custom work gallery.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. This privacy policy exists to help you understand what information we collect and what exactly we do with it.

Information we collect and what we do with it
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit-card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. You may voluntarily sign up for our newsletter or submit a contact form. For this service we need only your name and e-mail address, which we use to send the information you requested.

Like many other websites, we use Javascript and cookies to monitor visitor traffic patterns and site usage in order to help us improve the site. The data collected for these purposes contains no personally identifiable information. You can disable Javascript and/or disable cookies in your browser at any time.

Is my information safe?
We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may from time to time share site statistics with a third party, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information. If at any time you would like to know what information we have on file for you, and/or would like us to delete you from our system, please email your request to marketplace [at] sweettarragon.com.

A wide variety of pieces are available, including many not listed on the website, and pieces can be provided at a price point that will benefit any retail establishment and its customers.
